For over 35 years Chuck has worked for and with all sorts of professional practices, from sole practitioner to global enterprise. Whether as a product manager, developer, trainer, business process analyst, or consultant, he serves as a translator between business users and technical professionals. He understands the practical needs of professional users and support staff, and the opportunities for IT departments to make a real difference for their end users.

He has designed, developed, and delivered integrated productivity solutions for legal, financial services, and government clients. Those innovation projects included business process redesign and change management; gathering stakeholder requirements; workflow mapping; product and vendor selection; managing software development; user-acceptance testing; implementation; training and documentation.

As an expert in metadata management, he helps firms understand and mitigate data risks around document stores and workflows.

He advises on software purchases and consulting engagements, including risk analyses, quality-assurance and user-acceptance test results, and adjustable cost-benefit calculations to account for varying adoption rates.

Quality and efficiency throughout the document lifecycle are key factors in successful client service. Chuck helps establish house style and best practice around document creation, processing, and sharing. His technical knowledge and experience with a wide variety of professional services enable him to advise on innovations most likely to gain adoption and deliver meaningful value.

Adrienne specialises in delivering cultural and business change programmes. Qualified to portfolio management level, she has in-depth knowledge of governance and delivery methods for all areas of programme and portfolio management.

Legal sector projects have included delivery of case, matter and practice management systems; process re-design; centralization of business functions; introduction of agile working; legal project management; definition and implementation of business continuity plans; introduction of recognised project management principles, stakeholder management and governance for all projects and programmes; production of a firmware project and programme roadmap; and a large paper reduction initiative which achieved a 64% reduction in onsite paper.

Starting out in local government and moving onto the Ministry of Defence, then into Telecoms, Adrienne’s programme management experience spans everything from the installation of fibre infrastructure on UK wide Army, Navy and Air Force sites, to ensuring the delivery and availability of 5×9’s (99.999) of business critical network capacity for the biggest Internet Service Providers.

Adrienne speaks at conferences about development and implementation of new case management systems, as well as the approaches and benefits of agile working, paper reduction and efficient file management.

Joanne is a business change and training consultant with more than 20 years of legal, property and financial sector experience. She specialises in advising professional services organisations on all aspects of technology skills improvement. That includes identifying skills gaps and developing meaningful upskilling programmes, project managing IT training for rollouts, and providing trainer resources for training and floor support. Her approach emphasises that learning should be role-relevant, scenario-based and easily accessed at the point of need, thereby supporting the way people work and improving productivity.

She frequently acts as the interface between the business, its employees, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery. She conducts business engagement workshops to ascertain business goals; facilitates focus groups to capture business processes, raise awareness and set expectations; gathers and documents project requirements; creates test scripts and conducts UAT sessions, develops training material, trains support teams and end users; coordinates technology teams and external vendors/consultants/trainers; guides team skills development with internal and external training professionals.

As marketing consultant for the non-profit Legal Technology Core Competency Certification Coalition (LTC4), she encourages law firms to embrace LTC4’s innovative approach to skills improvement and increased efficiency. LTC4 Certification is the global industry standard benchmark of technology competence for professionals and support staff alike. She assists firms, law schools and legal departments with the implementation of LTC4 programmes, and arranges and attends meetings of the network, conferences and events worldwide.

She spent more than 8 years heading the training team at Phoenix Business Solutions working worldwide with firms of all sizes. Phoenix’s comprehensive IT training service specialises in the applications used by legal, accountancy, property, and finance firms.

An enthusiastic and popular networker within the legal and legal technology communities, Joanne builds and develops strategic partnerships with organisations like CLOC, DEG, ILTA. She works with ILTA Europe on the establishment of the UK Training Special Interest Group.

Cathy works with every kind of organisation to achieve and maintain best-practice information and data governance management systems. This includes certification to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards and compliance with data protection legislation.

As the founder and managing director of 3BView she was a pioneer in metadata removal across multiple device types and access methods, enabling enterprises and government agencies to secure their documents, avoid commercial and reputational risks, and comply with regulatory requirements. She has extensive product and development management experience that supports identifying appropriate vendors and solutions, as well as building security and privacy by design into business processes.

She provides an end-to-end service, from set up of information security, data protection and quality management systems through to ongoing monitoring and maintenance. Her mentoring, coaching, and skills transfer help clients build their own capabilities around proper information governance, security and personal data handling.
